Ability to Delete Artboards that contain locked layers by a specific key command i.e. option + delete. It's time consuming to go through each artboard and unlink all layers when I know I want to delete several boards.

For interested parties - a workaround to this problem is to "Merge Group" for the artboard(s) then delete those merged layers. Achieves the same goal, but is still clunkier than a dedicated key command as listed above.

This is an incredibly old post, however, I'd like to say thank you. This saved me so much time! Option would still be a cool idea, but this cheat-way-method is fabulous.
Thank you Nick, You saviour. :-)
