Defective disc with no way to return

I was shipped a defective disc and there is no way to obtain help to correct this! HP support spent close to FIVE hours trying to correct I but came to the same conclusion that I did --- the disc is defective. The "get support" site is worthless.

Which product did you purchase?
And did you try contacting Adobe Customer Support directly by phone or online chat?
