I have wasted an hour trying to get a serial number with my education edition of Photoshop Elements. The webpage at www.adobe.com/go/eduverify_ap is a dead link. Trying to follow through links to send an email to Adobe is a maze of time-wasting web pages. Adobe please get your act together!

I'm not finding any dead links on that page.

Which browser are you using?
Which version?
Which OS version?

THanks for the reply.
I'm using a Mac Powerbook, MacOS10.8.2, Chrome browser.
The link is on www.adobe.com/go/eduverify_ap when I click on "Get serial number". See pic attached.

Important note - if someone clicks the links on this topic, they'll get the GetSatisfaction 404 page -- because the given link lacks the http:// prefix and tries to open relative to the current forum post.

And the link you gave just redirects to http://www.adobe.com/au/special/educa...

No problems here.
