Per the document - It looks like the computer you're trying to deactivate isn't really activated. I've checked your account and there's an open activation on your account so you should be good to go to install on your new laptop.
Jeffrey, or another ... is there a way to deactivate our 'software' when the software is no longer on the computer? I have CS5-Extended - in its box, but not on my computer. My CS5 is likely activated now. I am supposed to have it deactivated before reinstalling it.
Second ... anyone know how I can see if my product is activated or not? Jeffrey (as a Chief Customer Advocate - which I take to be an employee of Adobe) apparently can see my account (or anyone else for that matter). Is there a way that I can see my own.
