Hi there, I originally wanted to link my lightroom mobile app (which contained all my own presets and edited work) to my computer. I had my data saved in Creative Cloud I guess because I wasn’t using any Adobe account at that time (older app version). I deleted the app on my phone thinking of linking the two of them on my computer. When I downloaded the app again on my phone all my data where gone as they ask me to register, a completely new type of signing into the app suddenly came up. I have tried to look into the creative cloud on my phone but cannot find anything.Could you help me with that? I am really upset of having lost all my work...Thanks a lot.Delphine.

What makes you think you were saving data to your creative cloud account without being signed in? How were you doing that?

I think I was saving data on the mobile app but not on the device. Every time I clicked on the cloud on the app, I could find all of the photos I have edited, organised by date.

I'm afraid it sounds like you're right. If you weren't signed in to sync them to the cloud, they'd have only been stored with the app, and deleted along with it. So sorry to hear that.

Ok that’s for the quick reply. Do tou think there is any chance I can download the older version of the Lightroom app on my phone? On the App store it looks like they almost created a new one with a new name..? (no much suscribers for the moment).

If you were able to create presets, then the one you were using couldn't have been that old (August 2018 that was added, from memory). The current version is called Lightroom CC, they just renamed it about 16 months ago. Unfortunately downloading the older version wouldn't help if you deleted the data.
