I would love to be able to change the colour theme of the interface to dark grey for floating menu interfaces such as the:-
Image adjustment - hue / saturation and the colour picker.
When adjusting the hue/ saturation of individual levels I find the bright light grey menu really distracting and often cover it up with my hand on the screen which isn't ideal.
I have the latest version of photoshop and find the new dark interface option for the background and main menu brilliant. It really lessons the distraction that bright interfaces can give. So it would be great to also have the option of darkening these crucial floating menus too.

The ability to control the color theme (darkness) of dialogs is something we're actively working on.

The 2015.1 update that was released today includes dark dialogs. (Support in Camera Raw is coming in the near future)
