Called customer support today about elements 7.0 reloading problem. Was told no support for 7.0. Offered to upgrade to 13 and asked if I could download from site. Was told "can't help you, no support" and end of conversation. Customer service person acted if I was bothering her. Would be nice to talk to someone who's command of the English language was tad better than whom I spoke to and actually cared about solving the problem.
