I originally contacted you mid-April regarding you trying to take several payments in one day. You only resolved one of the several payments and it has now resulted in me seeking legal action against Adobe as the customer services just ignore you

Hi Victoria,

Sorry about the frustrating experience with Customer Service. Do you have a case number and transaction number from the interactions?

Once I have those I can look into providing the needed refunds.
