Custom color palette features in photoshop

I would be nice if A) Photoshop CC linked with Kuler and B) one had the option of creating a custom color palette that was linked with a specific .psd file or at least was the default palette for that document when it was opened. Maybe this already exists and I just wasn't using the right keywords to search for it?

Additionally, it would be nice to have just one type of color palette library file for all my Adobe products instead of .aco, .ase, and whatever format Dreamweaver uses.

.ASE is a format designed to be shared between Adobe products.

But each product may have it's own format, because .ASE fits the lowest common denominator, and a product may have swatches/color features that do more than what the other products can do.
