Photoshop Elements 9, Win7. Cursor sometimes appears as crosshairs despite what tool is selected, e.g. crop, dodge, etc. Tried changing to different tool in hopes of "forcing" cursor change, but to no avail. I am trialing this product because I am unable to activate my PS CS on Win7. The functionality is great. When the UI works, which is too frequently for my taste. It's doubtful I'll be buying it.

Did you try pressing "Caps Lock" to turn off the crosshair cursor mode?

The only other time we've seen this was when the video card driver wasn't changing cursors correctly (updated drivers fixed the problem).

Oh, I see. One of those weird, mysterious, hard to find the definition weird key combos. I'll try to remember that next time it happens. Unless I get really turned on by Corel PSP

Thank you.
