I get an intermittent problem from Photoshop CS6 after shutting down with the following message:

Not that another symptom is that the NIK Selective Tool seems to stay active for a fair while after Photoshop CS6 shuts down. This only happens after I use HDR Efex for tone mapping from CS6.

CS6 does not shut down correctly if this error happens.

Well, it's crashing in the Nik plugin, so there isn't much Adobe can do here.

Nik does have quite a few unresolved bugs in their plugins,

Hi Chris,

No problems, have notified them and will post any response from Nik Software here. The only thing that worries me is that it seems for all intents and purposes that CS6 has shut down but in fact it is still running in the background when this error happens.
