Photoshop CS6 stopped working (prompts for licensing/trial)

i upgraded to cs6 from cs5 in november. shortly after, and without me requesting it, adobe gave me a trial of extended. the free trial ended and now i cannot use regular cs6!!! i cannot get on cs6 through lightroom either -- i am completely locked out of cs6. instead, i keep getting a box asking if i want to spend $49.95 a month for creative suite.

Have you entered your serial number or AdobeID to license it?

Have you installed all the updates?

yes, i licensed cs6 back in november. i can't sign in anymore. i never asked for that free trial. now that the trial is over i can't get back onto basic cs6. i think i was current on updates.

There was a problem that caused the licensing to get corrupted on MacOS, and that was fixed in 13.0.4.

What OS are you using?
What specific version of Photoshop?

ahhh!!! i bet that is the problem. how do i fix??? i have 13.0.3

every time i try to sign in i just get a box asking if i want to buy extended. i don't! i just want to be able to use basic cs6 which i paid for in november. i was using it without problem until adobe gave me the free trial for extended -- which crashed my computer

Then you haven't entered your licensing information, so it's either a trial or asking you to purchase.

i used basic cs6 for a month. i purchased it nov. 17. on dec. 17, the extended trial started. the trial ended and now i can't go back to basic cs6. i have an imac i7, mac osx
