Photoshop CS6: online help does not open

I noticed this in the CS6 beta but assumed the beta did not have help in the download.

Selecting photoshop online help, or photoshop support center give the above error.
Since I am typing this, I am connected to the net. My Browser is the Chrome browser (stable version 18.0.1025.168)

In Bridge, nothing happens (visibly) when I select help or support from the help menu,

I have uninstalled, cleaned CS4 and CS5 droppings, and reinstalled CS6.

Additional info: Help in CS5 did work for me. At least in PS. I don't know if I ever used help inside of Bridge in CS5.

This report is with the shipping version.

Thanks for the web link, but it provides no information regarding getting the error box in PS and nothing in Bridge.

There is no Adobe Community Help program listed in the uninstall program control panel app. That was uninstalled with CS5 uninstall. CS6 was installed after the uninstalls.

I uninstalled CS6. I ran the creative suite cleaner for CS4, CS5 and CS6. I then installed CS6 again.

Same as before. PS shows the error dialog and nothing happens in bridge when trying to access help.

I tried with Internet explorer as the default browser. No change.

I have this same problem - and No one seems to have an answer short of remove, reinstall, and cross the fingers. I still have the problem - if anyone can help.

The answer is simple. Nobody cares.

Since the help is online, if might be nice to know the URL so we can bookmark it and get to the help that way.
