Photoshop CS6, Bridge CS6 with Camera Raw 7.1 installed. New MacBook Pro Retna running Lion 10.7.4.

On a new installation of Adobe software when double-clicking a Canon CR2 image (5D mark III) in either Bridge or mini-Bridge would not open the image in Camera Raw or Photoshop. I then checked the Camera Raw preferences which showed Canon Camera Raw (.crw, .cr2) associated with Photoshop CS6. I clicked on the dropdown leaving Photoshop CS6, then saved my preferences. Now double-clicking a CR2 image in Bridge launches Photoshop with the image in Camera Raw.

Unfortunately, double-clicking a CR2 image in mini-Bridge does nothing (the image does not open in either Camera Raw or Photoshop.

Double-clicking a CR2 image in the Mac Finder does open Photoshop with the image in Camera Raw.

I have also tried clicking "Reset to Default Associations" in Preferences without success.
