CS6 Bridge: having problems on MacOS 10.8 (permissions)

The CS6 BRIDGE IS UNUSEABLE!!!! I was on the phone with Adobe tech support. Both "chat" and phone support. I even gave the chap from India full access to my computer. I wasted over 3 hours and at the end I was told that a senior tech support person would be contacting me in 48 hours. This has totally stopped my workflow and I have an important job to get out. Please, if anyone knows anything about fixing this please let me know. Adobe is dropping the ball on this one. I'm going to try an earlier version of CS, next. In addition, try making a contact sheet or web gallery and see what error messages pop up!
Web Gallery message: "Target folder can not be created" and the pdf message: "There is insufficient disk space to complete this operation"
finishing with anfert 45 minutes....
Sorry, our chat session has ended due to circumstances beyond our control. Please feel free to contact us again if you need further assistance. Case Number:0183714657

Other users aren't having problems with it.

That sounds like you might have a permissions problem on your system.

CHRIS, THANK YOU. Your idea makes sense. I'm going to deal with Apple and see if I can get it work that way. I have been having permission problems. I'll do a clean install and see what happens

Chris:
I still have Photoshop 1 on a floppy and I beta tested 2.5 (known as Merlin). I so glad it was not a PS problem. Case closed.

So was this issue resolved? I am asking now, December 13, 2013 after installing Master Suite CS6 on a Mac Pro with SSD as the OS drive and three more drives for working files. I am creating a PDF thumbnail sheet from Bridge CS6 and this is the message that I receive: "There is insufficient disk space to complete this operation." I just double check and the drive still has 1.8TB available, I'm running 64GB of RAM, and the OS hard drive has 407 GB. My version of Bridge CS6 is 5.0.2.4

Please let me know if there's a fix for this. I will be contacting our IT Dept to have Bridge CS6 installed. Thank you. - Jason
