CS6 Photoshop & Yosemite: 2nd user cursor issues

Yosemite 10.10.1; Photoshop 13.0x64. If I log in as one user on my brand new iMac, all is well. But if I also log in as a 2nd user on my iMac, things get strange. For the 2nd user I've found 3 things: 1) the cursors in photoshop do not work correctly: they don't size for brushes, they sometimes have a completely wrong tool shape; 2) the Universal Access System Preferences will not allow size change to cursor; 3) when using other applications, cursors can change from the pointer to the 'insert text' look at random.

It is not confined to a particular user; it is whichever user logs in subsequent to another. If User1 logs out, User2 logs out; then User2 logs in, all is well with User2. But then if User1 logs in, problems with User1.

On my MacBookAir which has same OS, but does NOT have CS6 installed, can switch back and forth between 2 users & no cursor problems anywhere & the Universal Access System Pref works fine.

Does CS6 & Universal Access use some of the same parameters to control cursor shape?

Please report this to Apple - they may need more information to reproduce and fix the bug. The OS controls the cursor code, and Photoshop is definitely changing the cursors as needed -- so the cursor display problems are the responsibility of the OS.
