PHOTOSHOP CS6 Issues Within a Domain Environment

I have 20+ IMacs that run CS6. There are multiple problems while using this software within a domain environment. Setting/features will not be available when retrieving files from a network folder or share. What can be done to fix this issue? How can you host CS6 as cloud based software, but not focus support on the software working correctly within a domain environment.

Features don't depend on anything other than your license.
Settings are per-user, and are saved and retrieved from the user's preferences folder.

It sounds like there is something wrong with your local IT setup that may be failing to copy/read user preferences correctly between systems.

Photoshop CS6 is not cloud based in any way.

And "domain" is usually used to describe certain Windows networking setups - I have not seen that term used to describe Macintosh use before.
