CS6 -> CC Batch/Export Speed has Significantly Decreased

I used to use Photoshop CS6. Recently, I decided to upgrade to CC (about a month and a half ago). While I appreciate all of the changes, not all of them are quite welcome. Mainly, the batch processing speed. I used to be able to run through 300 Images for a shoot, filter/RAW adjust them (1 hour, ending up with ~100-120), export as PSD (20 minutes), batch watermark (photoshop, 30 minutes), and then batch export (Bridge, 20 minutes) all of them.

However, the new process is significantly slower in all of the batch processing speeds, especially with the latest CC 2015.
- filter/RAW adjust (1 hour, unchanged)
- export as PSD (~25-35 minutes, increased by 5-15 minutes)
- batch watermark (~3 hours, increased by 2.5 hours)
- batch export (~1 hour, increased by 40 minutes)

Things to note:
A. My process has been unchanged for the last 4 months. I used the same actions before my upgrade as now.
B. My computer has also been unchanged for the last year.

The problems I've noticed:
- Saving for Photoshop PSD has *significantly* decreased in speed, despite the same cameras being used. Just opening and making one change, then saving can take 20-30 seconds, whilst before CC, I was saving within a few seconds.

- Exporting has been obliterated from Bridge, so I was forced to use the image processor through Photoshop. This requires *each* file to be opened individually by photoshop. The normal JPG exporter that existed in Bridge CC was *considerably* faster because it didn't need to do this. This also means that I can't use Bridge to Export at the same time I'm processing another photoshoot.
