CS6's Adobe Camera Raw is not going to be updated past 9.1.1 and the EOS M5 was released just this month. You would wait for the Adobe DNG Converter release that will support it.

The Creative Cloud Photography Plan gives you the latest Photoshop and Lightroom for $10 a month, but Canon's M5 does convert raws to jpegs as well.

"Finally, like Canon's DSLR cameras, the EOS M5 supports in-camera raw file conversion, enabling users to shoot raw files and quickly convert them into JPEGs for sharing. A new addition is support for batch conversion of multiple raw files. In-camera re-sizing is also available."

Can you post a link to the program I need to view Raw files from Canon M5 and 80D in Photoshop CS6? And can you also tell me how to do it?
