Photoshop: CS5 & Printing Epson R2400

After upgrading to Lion on the iMac I lost some control over printing from CS5 via Epson R2400. In Print Settings the drop downs for Colour and Colour Settings are greyed out. No one (Epson, Adobe or Apple) seem to know why, or what setting could have been inadvertently switched. It functions correctly when printing from something else. Any ideas?

Thanks Peter

Hi Peter

I am seeing the same problem with my R2400. I am still on 10.6 but I just updated to the latest version of the driver via Software Update. I am now using version 8.57 of the driver.

I have discovered that in the "Print" dialog box if I select a different preset from the Presets: pull down menu the "Color:" and "Color Settings:" options become available again. Usually this happens right after the first time I change presets, however, occasionally it will take 2 or more times changing presets to get the options to come back

This is probably a bug in the Epson driver.

Louie, Many thanks for following this. I'll try creating some new presets tomorrow & will let you know if it works.
Adobe, spent over 2 hours on the phone with me uninstalling & reinstalling CS5 & the Epson driver. It now is greying out on psd files but not always on jpeg & tiff files. Just noticed that my new Driver is 8.61.
All so odd.
