Could you give us a little more information?

when I open CS% EXTENDED it opens them gives : "an unexpected and unrepairable error has occurred photoshop will now exit." I reinstalled the program and it is doing the exact samething. I had a virus in early august and reloaded all software this is the only thing not working.

Go to your preferences folder, and trash the Photoshop CS6 Settings folder.

OK, then my guesses would be malware, or the OS is still corrupt.
And generally for this sort of error, it is the OS that's corrupt.
