Just bought a new Win8.1 PC, and trying to migrate my CS5 over; clicking on the setup file on the install disk results in an error message stating "This app can't run on your PC. Consult the publisher..." Can you tell me how to get this install/migration accomplished?

Hi Dan, Hmm, you should be able to install Photoshop CS5 on Windows 8.

You could try downloading a fresh installer from here: http://www.adobe.com/downloads/other-...

Well, this worked, but only for a trial edition. My license stems from a CS2 purchase and CS5 upgrade. My upgrade "key" isn't in the registration key format, and the installer won't recognize my CS2 registration key. Is there a way forward out of this? Thanks, again!!

Is there a known way to resolve this, or someone at Adobe to talk with?
