Crops made on desktop LR are not consistently synchronized with the web and android LR library.

All other edits ( any non-crop edit) synchronize across all platforms with no issues regardless of the platform the edit was made.

Do you have a step-by-step repeatable scenario you can share so I can attempt to duplicate the issue?

Sure Thanks,

1. Crop a photo in LR for MS
2. Change exposure on photo in LR for MS
3. Check synch state in LR for MS
4. Open LR on android and check synch state
5. Open photo on LR on android
6. Wait for edits to be applied
7. Witness exposure change edit is applied and visible
8. Witness, that crop edit is not applied to LR on android

I have no idea what "MS" is.
  1. Crop photo in Lightroom Desktop
  2. Change Exposure in photo
  3. Move to next photo to commit sync
  4. Verify Sync is complete
  5. Open Lightroom Android
  6. Tap on Photo from step one
  7. Wait for sync to complete
  8. Exposure and Crop both apply - nothing unusual to 'witness'.
I cannot duplicate your results using your instructions.  Note: I did not see you mention #3.

MS is short for Microsoft/Windows/PC

Still occurs for me after specific move to next photo as you indicated, or if I restart both apps.
Problem does not resolve itself even days later when other photos have synchronized.

When there is conflict between two individual clients in the Lightroom Ecosystem you should always check the web as the arbiter of disputes. Go to https://lightroom.adobe.com and determine if the crop is there. If it isn't it is a PC-client problem. If it is, it is a Android-client issue.

Thank You
Very helpful, now, and in the future
Looks like a PC-client problem in this case

Customer support was able to reproduce and temporarily resolve.
The issue has since returned.

What did they do?
How long did it last?

They took over my PC and validated the problem.
Then looked at backend and made changes on the backend until they resolved the problem.

After a couple of hours, I noticed the issue return.
