Photoshop: Cropping issues then it becomes a zoomed in image and can't zoom out.

I'm having major cropping issues. I have the newest cloud update on El Captian. Photoshop struggles to crop the image that has 4 four layers in it. The crop takes several minutes then once it crops the image becomes zoomed in and the command keys to zoom out does not work. This has happened to me 3 times. Next, I try to save the image. I am not given the option to save the image as jpeg. So I try to save it as a tiff. Then I have the spinning circle until I force quit the application. When I reopen the application it struggles to recover the documents I had open. It took over 5 minutes this last time to recover the documents. Once the image is recovered that I was working on, I look at how large the image is. It was some how set/cropped/who knows to 300 inches wide. 300 inches NOT pixels. Then I resize it. This takes several minutes. Everything I do, is slower. Everything I do takes several minutes. I'm very frustrated.

Double check your settings in the crop tool options bar - it sounds like you are resampling the document and creating a result much larger than you realize.

You can reset the tool back to the defaults like so: Try resetting to the Tool settings: http://blogs.adobe.com/crawlspace/201...
