Lightroom CC 2015, problems with crop. I can crop my photo as many times as needed as long as it is the first thing I do, if I change luminous or exposure or any of the other adjustments and decide I want to tweek the crop I push the crop box and it blocks off the whole photo with a blue box with an X through it. What is going on? I updated my video card. It still does this.

I also have this problem. Even if I 'Reset' the picture, I can't get the box to disappear when I try to crop the picture.
Am using LIghtroom CC on Surface Pro 3 with up-to-date everything.
I am returning to Lightroom 5.7.1 until I see this problem is fixed. The CC program is unusable in this state.

This is a sign that the GPU (graphic driver, video card) isn't quite compatible with LR, so just turn off Graphics Acceleration or whatever the phrase is in LR / Prefs / Performance.

Thanks for this info Steve. I'll try it. The weird thing is, I can't get Lr CC to produce the blue screen with an X any more. But if it comes back, I'll turn off graphics acceleration.

When you start up LR it checks the GPU to see if it seems like it has the right capabilities and if it does, then it uses it for Develop module operations.

If something else messes with the video card while LR is open, or perhaps the video-card runs out of memory or a bug in the driver causes issues or who knows what changes, then you'll get the blue-X visual and you have to turn it off to continue working.

Thanks again Steve. It may be I was stressing the GPU because I had Lr and Ps both going at once. Cheers!

Same problem here - but without any additional stress to the GPU of the Surface Pro 3.
I was so happy to see the Intel graphics being accepted by LR CC for GPU acceleration but there are too many bugs.
