Very slow crop tool. Photoshop CS6 on iMac.
I just performed a Repair Disc from the installation Snow Leopard disc because of the sluggishness. There is no improvement.
I have one document open in Ph cs6, and it's 8 bits, and the smallest file size I could choose from Camera Raw.
What further information can I provide, and please instruct how to provide further info?

Slow in what way? When you drag or resize the crop bounds?

I am having this issue as well on Mac OS X 10.7.5. When I try to crop any file it does not complete the process. I then cancel the crop, try again, and then Photoshop says scratch disks are full (I have over 200GB of free space on my main scratch disk). Suggestions?

Check the resolution value - you're resampling the cropped doc into something huge. (a common mistake)

Thanks, Chris. There is still a lot in this program for me to figure out!
