Lightroom 5 downloaded onto new iMac OS X 10.9.1 via CC, will not show thumbnails for import and does not import photos. Also PS CC does not display files with DNG extension. Must use Finder and "Open with..." Also, Bridge CC does not open. All programs are up-to-date in Creative Cloud.

Is ACR updated to 8.3, PS-CC: Help / Updates?

Can you upload of the files somewhere like www.dropbox.com and posting a public download link to it, for others to test with?

Do you mean upload the photos? By the way they load properly on my PC, but not on my Mac.

Yes, I did mean to upload a raw and dng photo, yes, for others to test with. You didn't say you'd tested them on a PC with the same software loaded, so it was a reasonably request, in case the files, themselves, were corrupted in some way.

Are you testing exactly the same files on both systems or different files from the same camera?

What do Help / About Plug-ins / Camera Raw in PS-CC and Help / About PS LR show in LR for versions and is more than one ACR plug-in listed in Help / About Plug-ins in PS?

And what are you seeing as an error or unexpected condition when you try to import the photos into LR on the Mac and they don't work?
