Creative Cloud does not open; the 5 solutions offered by Adobe kb do not work. I still cannot log-into Photoshop.

When this happens to me on Windows, I right-click Quit the icon in the task bar then restart it from the Start menu. A variation would be to use the Gear / Prefs / Sign Out before using Quit.

Thanks for your help. Sadly nothing works. Even using the Creative Cloud Cleaning Tool did not work either. All I get is a blank Creative Cloud box with three options - Help, Pin to Notifications bar and Quit.

Mine came up mostly blank, just now, and I used Gear / Quit and then restart it and it was ok.

Can you choose Sign In within Photoshop's Help menu or is that what you're saying also doesn't work?

Is there some sort of internet blocking happening with virus or internet-security software that you can temporarily disable?

Thanks for your help. I suspect that the problems are more severe - something amiss with the Windows 7 OS - so I have booked the PC into the Computer Shop for analysis and repair. I am not overly skilled in resolving computer problems. You assistance is much appreciated.
