This is a bug report for Adobe Creative Cloud version 1.8.0.447 (the app that lives in the menu bar). I am using a MacBook Pro 15" 2014 and running OS X 10.10.1. Note that this has been happening for a while so the problem predates the current versions I am running, but I only recently figured out what was causing the problem.

With the creative cloud app running, when my computer wakes from sleep I get a blank/black screen with only the cursor visible for about 15 seconds. Which is very annoying. Note this only happens if the computer goes to sleep based on energy saver preference time out, and not if you put it to sleep using the apple menu. Further the computer must goto to sleep with the display, that is, either the computer is running on battery power, or when using the power adapter but "prevent computer from sleeping automatically when the display is off” is unchecked (in the energy saver preferences). In these cases it is 100% repeatable.

Hi Jeffrey, thanks for the reply. How can I tell if I have it installed? In system information it says I have firmware version 17.1 (see screen shot).
