Photoshop: Create Character sets by projects

It would be nice feature if I could assign only few characters by every project.

Here is why: I often use PS for UI design, and use only very few characters (usually two) by project. Now, it's kind a struggling to go through the character selector to find desired pair of a character. I don't really like the Character and Paragraph Style because of slow reactions.

If I could assign a Project Characters and put it apart the Character window, where I see only the picked characters, It would be much help for the workflow.

What do you think?

Ah, sorry for my english. I used the wrong word instead of "typeface".
So, where I wrote Character, I mean Typeface.

Basicly, my idea is a new filter option.

Instead of go through all your system fonts...

...you can filter your project typefaces/fonts:

Can I edit my post or should start againg? Now it's confusing..
