create dates of files corrupted after Elements 11 import

I did a clean Lr5.4 installation on the same computer running Photoshop Elements 11. Lightroom automatically asked to import the PSE catalog, which I accepted.

I soon realized that the sort order of my 13.000 pictures in the Library was erratic. And the reason is that many pictures show an incorrect "capture date" on the metadata information on the Library panel.

Checking the metadata of the file itself, there are two capture dates: one under the "origin" chapter and the other under "file". Lightroom takes the second one, which is in reality the modified date (changed apparently by PSE).

Is it posible to adjust the capture date in Lightroom (taken the one under "origin") or to bulk copy that one to the second?

Complementing the above, this is a screenshot of Lightroom showing a picture date of december 29, 2012. On the metadatapanel, there is a capture date of february 9, 2010:

On Windows Explorer, the properties information of the same jpg file shows as follows (ORIGIN: capture date: July 1, 2003; this is the correct capture date)

Below, on the same properties (FILE: capture date: december 29, 2012)
