the button "create proof copy" in LR Classic 9.1 generates this error:
Internal Error
?:0: attempt to index field 'additionalDevelopMetadata' (a nil value)

Johannes, Is that happening for a specific file? Does the file have any additional metadata? If possible, could you share the same file? I tried with 9.1 and not seeing the error when I click on "Create Proof Copy". Could you please share any additional/specific steps so I can see the issue as well? Thanks.

Hi G0apher, I have no clue what's going on: all pics seem to work except those which are in my year 2019 folder. If I copy a pic which gives me the error message and import it again, it also works. So it seems to have something to do with the database, which is optimized end checked daily. I'm confused....

Is image marked as "Missing"  (exclamation point in grid)?

No the pics are available. I also tried to rename one file and to relocate it, but same effect. I always get the error no matter if the picture is online or not.

The error message is always the same: with missing pic and with smart-preview, with missing pic and without smart-preview, with pic online with and without smart preview.

I ended up removing all pictures from the folder 2019 from the catalog and adding them again by "sync folder". Now everything works as expected. STRANGE!
