Hi, would be great to add ability to create my own blank window which i'll be able to fill with any buttons and elements from any other menus. To build my own menu window.

Example of what i would build for my self:

Great reference for this ability - zbrush. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-oTAllGY8DY

Reminds me very much of the Configurator panels and what was possible with them.  Today Photoshop uses HTML5, I believe. You might want to take a look at this link:

https://forums.adobe.com/thread/1401396

The originator of the thread has been working with custom extension panels in Photoshop for some time. I don't think it's for the faint-hearted, but many find it very interesting.

I would myself prefer something like Corel Painter's Custom palette, where those of us who don't do any scripting or programming can simply drag and drop brushes and commands onto a new palette, but I don't know if Photoshop intends to produce anything like that. The ability to customize the tools panel seems to be as far as they've taken that idea.

Still, I agree with you that customization along the lines of what we had with Configurator would be very welcome again.

I can tell you right now that writing CEP panels is difficult. There is a ton of setup involved and a lot of "gotchas" that will frustrate even technically savvy users. :(

It certainly looks that way to me, and I have heard a few frustrated comments on the subject, '-}  but I wouldn't want the OP to think there WAS no way if he had the background and stomach for it.  I was very hopeful with the Tools panel that it was the beginning of a lovely relationship between us, our tools, our menu items, and our panels, not unlike what the OP demonstrates.  Might be a bit of a wait for that.
