Would be great to have the option to create a new develop preset with the changed parameters apart from "check all", "check none".

Many thanks!

I assume you mean in the panel you get where you tick off the settings you want included or not included in the preset.

There might be a work-around:
1. Find your presets (from the preferences dialog) WIndows- C:\Users\Your Name\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Lightroom\Develop Presets
2. Close Lr and in Explorer/Finder, Select a preset and make a copy in the same folder.
3. Now restart Lr, develop a 'new' or clean photo that has no developing or has been reset-
4. Apply the 'original' preset to the photo,
5. change the sliders (parameters), now right-click on the 'Copy' preset and "Update with current settings"

"check all", "check none" does not even appear. The copy preset has your slider parameters as you altered them from the original.
