Which program are you using? Which version?

Which OS and version as well?

It's crashing during conversion? How are you trying to convert?

I am using Adobe Premiere Elements 7 and it's up to date. It crashes right as I press the convert program. There are a couple ways for me to do this. I could go to the share tab and and press "Online" to be able to upload it to video sharing websites. After doing that it would pop up with three choices: Photoshop, YouTube, and My Website. I would choose YouTube. Then there is presets and quality underneath it to choose on. Quality is locked on medium and the presets are either: "Flash preset for YouTube", "HD video for YouTube-1440X1080", or "HD Video for YouTube- 1920X1080". Since my computer is slow enough I decided to just keep it with the default choices which is the "flash preset for YouTube." that is all I need to do for that so I then have to press next. right as I do the program freezes and an window pops up saying:

"A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program an notify you of a solution is available."

This happens for all sharing choices: Disc, Online, Personal Computer, Mobile Phones and Players, Tape.
