I had a very poor experience tonight trying to purchase an upgrade for my photoshop elements 7 to element 10. Somehow when I placed my order for 1 products, 2 separate orders were processed. When I called support, the representative named Calyx was rude and very difficult to understand. when he told me that he could not take care of a refund tonight- I would have to call back tomorrow. This is not an appropriate response to resolve a problem created by adobe- I work and do not have time fo such nonsense. I asked for a supervisor, but was beligerant in tranferring my call to another person. He finally put me on hold After holding, he came back and told me a supervisor was not available at the moment. Whaat I then heard him say was that I'd have to call back tomorrow. I again said that was not an optin for me and I again requested a supervisor. He then said more clearly that he sai I would NOT need to call back tomorrow and I should wait "by my desk" and the refund would occur. When I asked how long I had to wait hge saud a day or so Again, an inappropriate response. I do not have confience that my issue is resolved. If there end up being duplicate charges on my AMex bill, I will report your false duplication of my purchase request to them an NOt pay the bill. It's up to you to fiz aa problem that your company caused- not me.
