Photoshop: Error opening raw images 'Could not complete your request because the file was not found' (macOS 10.14.3)

Hi, few days ago I have updated my IMac OS firmware to 10.14.3 and after the update completed I can no longer open my RAW files to edit in PS 2019, regardless of through 'drag and drop' pictures to PS or open via Adobe Bridge.  The response will be 'Could not complete your request because the file was not found'.  However, I still can open my raw files through my Macbook which is running firmware 10.14.2 without any problem.  I understand the problem might be from ACR which may not compat with the new firmware from iOS.  Any recommendation to solve this problem will be highly appreciated.

We are having the exact same issue on multiple computers after the Apple OS update to 10.14.3. You can open the file from Photoshop through File-Open, but not launched from Bridge or drag and drop. The is the same for both CC18 and CC19.

Work Around Found - Download and install Adobe Camera Raw 11.1 and this resolves the issue. There is something up with the current 11.2 version.

Are your images on a NAS by any chance? There seems to be a bug with NAS based images.
