My computer crashed a month ago, and got fixed through apple care. Since then, my jpegs files have been corrupted. I try to upload to print and I cant because they are corrupted. I've reset/deleted my preferences. Still nothing. I have CS6 PS.

What OS version are you using?

Where are you uploading your files to?

If you have a lot of corrupted files, then your disk may be damaged need to be replaced.

I'm using OS Yosemite. I've tried walmart, shutterfly, and walgreens. Anytime I make a document in photoshop and save it as a jpeg, then try to upload to print, it says its corrupt.

Ok, that could be due to bugs in the services you are uploading to.

Does the file appear corrupt when you open it on your system?

Have you tried reserving through SaveForWeb (which removes most of the metadata that confuses some old JPEG code) ?

It doesn't seem to have anything wrong when I open it. It did work when I saved it for web though. Thank you!
