I added effects and adjustments to an image a few weeks ago. Now I want to apply exactly the same effects to another image, can I copy the effects? How would I do this?

I'm sorry if I sound dumb, but if I open a new image, the layers are all new. The new image is in a new file.

Oh, wow, that sounds very simple! Do I need 2 sessions of PS open to do this?
