An options to be added in brushes panel, where I can copy the brush settings of a brush and paste over my newly created brush or any existing brush.

I will be helpful because, If i create some settings from one brush, i could easily use those settings like Scattering, Dual Brush etc. to another brush.....

ANSWER: in Photoshop go to WINDOWS > BRUSH SETTINGS click on the brush whose settings you like. Click the LOCK  icons next to each setting you wish to retain for the new brush. Once all are locked, click on the new brush in the list and the changes will be applied.

HELPFUL HINTS: You will need to save this as a NEW BRUSH PRESET to retain. Be sure to unlock after, so changes don't keep applying to each brush you select in the list. Don't panic. All changes are temporary until you save a new brush preset.
