i'm a fairly new user! just tried SELECT ALL + PASTE like 30 times, I thought it was glitching.
I don't consider Switching to classic an option. here's why- I tried installing Classic last month because I discovered that was the only way to get BRUSH PRESETS, and what resulted was CLASSIC instantly took all remaining LOCAL HARDDRIVE MEMORY TO ZERO.
I got that sorted out by moving all photos to an EXTERNAL harddrive and you guessed it ALL "LINKS" ARE NOW BROKEN.
The sad thing is, I after learning on CC, I simply could NOT get the hang of Classic- the user interface was NOT INTUITIVE ENOUGH, since i guess CC spoiled me in that regard.
can we make paste All happen?

Installs Lightroom CC...
Edits first photo...
World hasn't ended...
Highlights first photo and next select...
Searches for sync...
Searching...
Surely must be hidden...
After all hiding things behind cryptic icons is modern UI design (F* U Apple)...
Searching...
World ends...
Uninstalls...
Remains hopeful for hoverboards...

When you say batch export, you mean exporting multiple photos at once? That works.

Just got an iPad Pro, primarily for LR , based on some great reviews that I read. To say the least, I am disapointed to see some crucial features missing. One in particular that is probably going to be a deal-breaker for me , is batch edits. The ability to sync edits only of the current image to the previous image is extremely limiting and pretty much renders the app unusable for my professional workflow. I was hoping mobile could be step one of my edit process and give me the ability to travel without a laptop. While very impressive, LR doesn’t seem to be ready for professional use. I hope that changes soon.

Lightroom CC on windows shows the option to paste when selecting multiple images, but one image gets the pasted values. On Android, you can easily select multiple images, but once you do that, the paste edit settings is disabled. This seems like a basic feature that should be implemented on a tool like this. The software now called lightroom classic had this since beta versions.

- Go into Develop mode, make changes to a given photo
- With the photo you've made changes to still selected, Shift-select the other photos you want to apply those changes to
- Right click anywhere on them, go to Develop Settings -> Sync Settings
- Select what settings you want to sync, hit Synchronize

As another photographer told me, this is literally the only feature that makes him (and myself) willing to pay for Lightroom on top of Photoshop. Without it, there's no real point, we'd rather just use Photoshop.

Please add partial copy & paste of development settings as in LR Classic and LR CC on mobile platforms. It doesn't make any sense that this is implemented on mobile platforms and not on the desktop. As a rule of thumb please make sure that all features are consistently implemented on all version (desktop and mobile) for the new LLR CC

Clearly the current thread has had a lot of feedback and requests for this particular feature on both the desktop and iOS versions.
The "Lightroom for mobile" forum doesn't get nearly as much attention as this one. The product isn't even called "Lightroom for mobile" on iOS, it's still Lighroom CC.

I'm just saying that people who voted on this thread and who also want it on mobile (which is likely all) might want to also vote on that thread so they're notified when it comes to mobile.

There are many times I change my mind on how I edited some photos, usually working on a folder/album at a time, and being able to use 'select-all' then hit Shift-R, apply a Preset, then Shift-A would be really handy. Obviously this isn't intended as a final mass image adjustment, but it can give most images a very good starting point.
Also, using the menu item to copy and paste settings does not apply to all selected, only the 'active' image, I have to use the keyboard shortcuts for it to work (not really an issue if you prefer keyboard shortcuts, but it was confusing at first).
At the moment I'm using a rather convoluted method to work on a batch of images, especially as I've migrated over from Classic, and not working on freshly imported images, it involves a few steps to get where I need to be.

I want it in detail view, though, so I can copy and paste right after editing a photo without having to go back and forth between views.

I thought it was weird that pasting to multiple photos was hidden because I thought it was the default behavior for Lightroom Classic. I went back to Classic to test it, though, and discovered that it only pastes settings to one photo.
It was actually the Synchronize Settings feature I was thinking of that syncs settings across multiple photos. That's what's missing in Lightroom CC.
