This conversation has been merged. Please reference the main conversation: Lightroom: Keyboard shortcuts for Copy Metadata and Copy Settings doesn't always work

Since Classic CC was released, the copy settings command (ctrl/cmd-shift-c) doesn't always work, despite the pop-up window appearing asking which settings need be copied. The main culprit that doesn't get copied most of the time is Exposure.

I was not able to reproduce this issue in-house. Are you able to copy develop settings using the menu option Photo -> Develop Settings -> Copy Settings ?
What is the type of files(RAW or jpeg) you are using?

Please share your system info from Help -> System Info menu option.

Thanks, the problem is intermittent...It mostly copies just fine, but every once in a while it acts like its copied, but doesn't. Like, the pop-up window shows up with my develop settings 'ticked', but upon pasting these settings, it becomes evident that they were never copied to begin with. Maybe the problem is pasting.

I'm using the shortcuts build into my mouse buttons on a Logitech Master MX mouse.
