hey guys, our photoshop and bridge keep crashing in the middle of use. not sure if our cache is getting too full or what's going on, but it is VERY frustrating. We get the option to submit a crash report every time, but nothing seems to be getting any better. We're on a 21.5 inch iMac with 16g of RAM and the updated graphics card! Please help!

What OS version?

What Photoshop version?

Have you installed all the Photoshop and Bridge updates?

Ok, then I'd need to see the specific crash reports to know exactly why it's crashing so often for you. But MacOS 10.7 does still have a number of outstanding bugs (especially in the graphics code and file system code).

Brad, is the email address your using to log onto the site the same address you're using to submit crash reports? If not, can we can contact you to get the email addresses to look them up in the system?

Was this a clean install of Lion and install of Photoshop? Or did you update from previous version of OS X? Do any sort of user migration or Time Machine restores?

I'm wondering if the system has some sort of user permissions errors.

One thing that might be worth trying is creating a new admin user account and run from there.
