Continued problems with customer support

I have found it impossible to get communication with adobe regarding my issues with Adobe Premier. They do not answer my emails yet close my tickets-Cases without contacting me, or providing resolution. Last unresolved case #0207122118 Nov-Dec 2011. I was in LA and bought a new computer, but my disc wouldn't install. So I downloaded a trial and contacted adobe to get software licensed to remove the watermark so I could present the produced video to my family for the thanksgiving gathering. (My old computer which had the software installed had crashed) I received no help or assistance in this matter. I was told I could re purchase the software in order to remove the watermarks. I'm a student and have spent a large amount of money on adobe college classes and software, however the premier was a full priced full version, and I don't think the situation was handled correctly. On 'My Adobe' I later saw a copy of the issues I had on this matter where they said I could repurchase the software for a flat $20 discount by clicking on a link. When I clicked on the link it just took me to the regular page to buy software without any discount that they had offered.

Unfortunately since I received no assistance in this matter during the thanksgiving trip, I had to purchase another company's software in order to get the project done. It was a miserable time for me and very time consuming due to the fact there was a steep learning curve to master the new company's software. I'm still trying to get help with this matter but there is no easy way to email or contact support, which magnifies my frustration in this matter,
