I have had continued problems with my tool windows. These could be for Styles, Text, Brushes, etc. I have configured in my workspace the ones I use the most and at least twice a day, these buttons stop working. I also can not access them directly. I do have a third party tool (subscription) that I purchased through Adobe from Pantone. This too stops working. I am able to fix this problem by throwing out my prefs file. I followed the direction from your help video and have zipped my BAD prefs file but can not figure out how to attach it to this report. I am still running CC 2019 as I have a priority plug in that is not yet compatible with 2020.
