Can you please fix the cmd + z problem in PS cc. The hot-key continues to randomly stop working, and then I have to restart the entire program again.

Hi Christopher,

Can you tell us something about the problem you're having?  We'd like to fix user-facing bugs, but this is news to us.

How do you encounter this problem?  What are you doing?  What else is running on your system?  What version of PS are you running?  What kind of keyboards, mice, touch-devices, or tablets do you also have installed?

Otherwise, it's like going to the mechanic and saying "my car makes a noise -- when will you fix it?" and expecting a reasonable answer...

Thanks,
David

For sure, I am using a Wacom Tablet, and I did install the plugin provided in this other thread:

http://feedback.photoshop.com/photosh...

But the problem is, it's still occurring. Basically, I'm running into this problem both when I have other programs like Spotify and Chrome open, but it also happens when PS cc is the only one running. My version is: 2014.2.2 or 20141204.r.310 x64. When I'm working, I continually move back and forth with the undo key to compare before and after layer edits (Basically mask dodging and burning using curves). Randomly after a while, (the length of time in reference to opening of program is different each time) while working on an image, all of a sudden, the cmd + z key completely stops responding. However step back and step forward hotkeys work, but not the undo/redo hotkey.

The only way to fix this is to restart the program.
