Consolidate photo from classic and CC

Good morning, everyone,
Just to inform : Translated with

I'm using your experiences to get me out of a bad situation.

I use LR since its version 4, so the import, cataloging or basic processing functions are mastered but he took me the idea to take 1 subscription for LR CC in addition to my old LR 6 which became very slow under mac. That's when my problems started.

After 3 days of use, (I found the interface of CC nice, a little freshness was welcome), transfers of 38.000 photos in the cloud etc, I realized that this program lacked some functions compared to classic (for example it did not manage my small videos yet so I had only a part of my files the cloud since the videos remained in hiding).

I contacted Adobe to cancel. They offered me instead of cancelling to benefit for 14€/month for 1 year from a full subscription Classic + CC + photoshop (that I do not use) and 1 Tb cloud. Nice commercial gesture... I took some very badly.....

I'm on OS mac.

I now find myself with:
- photos classified in a directory knowingly chosen by me to classify photos imported by Classic.
- Photos imported via CC and thus pushed into the cloud, but which seem to have synchronized to the mac in the photo directory, which would also have created a catalog in the "image" directory of the mac
- Duplicate photos, some from the Photos program on my iPhone
- Photos in the cloud that are not yet synchronized or pushed to the mac. (I perpetually have synchro in progress)

In short, a nice soup.

I have now understood that the 2 programs cannot cohabit on the same computer. You should have known, I hadn't asked around.

So my idea is to consolidate all the photos in LR classic and use CC only to edit in the cloud.
Anyone have a process for me?

Last thing, since I have 1TB of data in the cloud. This volume must be used for something, right? Not just for dynamic previews.

Shouldn't I import everything into the cloud and manage previews via Classic?

Anyway I'm stuck and don't know what to do, so any help is welcome.
