Bridge: Concept Maps for our categories and classification structure

Dear Adobe Team

We don't use Bridge for simple image management only, but also for visual research purposes. For such cases it would be extremely useful, when we would be able to not only create categories and similar structures, which are hierarchically represented, but also to visualize them as nonhierarchical/complex concept maps.

The maps would contain nodes(for categories) and links between them, which would display the semantic relation between such categories, e.g.: is part of, is a... and similar. This would give us a much better overview over the real structure behind our managed image files. Especially people which need complex and well defined structures, or are even interested in deeper studies of visual phenomena, would get a much more precise way to build and control such things.

Thank you!

If you cannot introduce concept maps/semantic networks for our categories/keywords, then introduce at least mind maps, hence only hierarchical maps. If even this is not possible for you, then give us the chance to cooperate hence import/export the keywords as MS Word outline structure, which is importable by MS Word and also different Mind Mapping and Concept Mapping Software.

Especially for people like me which permanently switch between design and scientific work, this would be really helpful.

Thanks, Michael

PS. The current export as plain text cannot be imported by other software as an outline structure, hence it has to be manually changed, which is a huge work.

What if you would let us edit the keyword hierarchy directly in MS Word, where it would appear as an outline structure?

Our current keyword construction, editing and management are much too primitive currently. Please give us the chance to edit our constructs somewhere else, when you don't intend to improve the keyword work in Bridge.
