My PC had a fatal crash last week. I now need to load Elements 10 from my original discs onto the new PC, but will this cause any problems, i.e. will it see this as a possible fraud attempt? Has anyone experienced this before?

Just install on the new system, and if there is a problem activating the software, call Adobe Support and tell them what happened.

It should only be a problem if you've already used your serial number on several machines.

Thanks for the reply Chris, and I have now successfully re-installed it on my new PC. I did however first read ALL the terms and conditions, (for the first time ever!), and realised that as you said it shouldn't be a problem, and it wasn't. Thanks again Chris.

Glad to hear that you're back up and running.

And if you do have a problem with activation, Customer Support can help you sort it out.
