Hello folks. I want to boost an idea I had shared 2 years ago. I think it is a nice one, but may be lost of consideration, when the old feture request forum closed.

It's about "color picker history":

It's not lost - we still have all the good ideas listed from the old forum, as well as the ideas from this one.

Thanks for the reminder, I forgot to mark this as implemented.
The swatches palette has a list of recently used colors.

While the swatches list now has a history, that's not enough. Those swatches are not accessible in the color picker dialogue (across all apps).  The color picker dialogue itself really needs either a saved color swatches option, or a history of most recent colors used (or both).

You can already click on and use the recently used colors list from the swatches palette while you are in the color picker dialog.

Yes, but not from within the Layer Styles dialogue. Using the color picker from there (for, say, color overlay) does not allow you to click on any of the other windows until closing the Layer Styles dialogue. That's why I suggested attaching it to the color picker dialogue itself. If I'm wrong, please show me how to access these swatches while in Layer Styles.

Sorry, to clarify, I was talking about my library, not the swatches window. It would be nice to have access to my branding library of colors while in layer styles.

OK, the styles dialog is a problem we need to investigate.

The CC Library is a whole different issue, because it's an HTML panel from another group -- and it won't interact with the rest of the app the way the native UI will.
